GF INGREDIENT INFORMATION

 

BREADS:

All of our gluten-free breads contain rice flour, arrowroot starch, potato starch, water, powdered milk, eggs, butter, granulated and brown sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, and starch.

 

Variations may include:  millet, buckwheat, quinoa, or teff as noted by the name of the bread.

 

Helen’s Health Bread also contains garbanzo bean, sorghum flour, and ground flaxseed.

 

 

RICE MUFFINS:

Rice flour, potato and arrowroot starch, granulated sugar, eggs, butter, milk, baking powder, xanthan gum, pure vanilla, and salt.

 

Variations may include fresh frozen fruits, pure lemon or almond extracts, poppy seeds, chocolate chips, or pecans.

 

 

SORGHUM MUFFINS:

Sorghum Muffins are also CASEIN-FREE and contain sorghum flour, brown sugar, eggs, applesauce, canola oil, water, pure vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda.

 

Variations may include fresh frozen fruit, carrots, or raisins.

 

 

COOKIES:

All contain rice flour, potato and arrowroot starch, butter, eggs, granulated and/or brown sugar, baking soda and/or baking powder, xanthan gum, pure vanilla, and salt.

 

Variations may include cream of tartar, chocolate chips, M&M’s, raisins, canola oil, or cinnamon.

 

    

GF PIZZA:

Rice flour, potato and arrowroot starch, water, powdered milk, eggs, butter, brown and granulated sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, and salt.

 

 

GF CAKE LAYERS:

Same as Rice Muffins.
