Thank you to all of our customers who help to keep our Tuesdays and Saturdays busy as ever! Our GF breads are out of the oven by 8:00 AM. Treats start coming out around 8:30 AM, with all of our GF line-up out by 11:00 AM. IMPORTANT CHANGE: Please note that our prices increased with the May/June bake schedule. Our last increase was May 1st, 2007. During 2007, rises in the cost of ingredients were constant. Of course this is no surprise to any of us. I have had to make an adjustment to our prices accordingly. Thank you for your understanding. SHIPPING: The order deadline for shipping is Thursday of each week. Your order will ship on Monday if you are ordering items ONLY from the Saturday bake. If your order includes items from the Tuesday bake, it will ship on Wednesday.

| CFGF BAKED PRODUCTS The demand for casein-free, gluten-free (CFGF) products has been growing. Presently we are baking CFGF on Tuesdays or Saturdays, depending on the number of orders that have been placed. Please try to call one week in advance of your bread and treat needs so that we can accomodate you. At this time we are able to bake the following items for you:
